Mr. Faisal Saleh Al-Mousa has a BSc degree in Computer Science & Engineering, with majors in Software Development from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals. He completed his formal education specializing in business and managerial theories from GE, STC, IMD, Ashrage UK, and other Institutions. He brings in over 22 years of experience in B2B, G2G, G2B & B2C Supply Chain and a strong knowledge of e-commerce, e-collaboration, e-content, e-connectivity, and community management solutions.  Mr. Faisal has extensive experience in leadership focussed on sales, marketing and global business development, with a special interest in quality and corporate Sales. His self-confidence and ability to effectively influence and make decisions with his Six Sigma quality skills and polite and assertive leadership skills , demonstrates his ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure as an effective team player.  Currently Mr. Faisal is also a member of the Board of Directors of Al-Elm Security Services Company and an Executive Committee Member of National Unified Co. Dr. Mohammed Melhi

Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Mohammed Melhi has overall responsibility for corporate strategy, execution, and management at TCC. Dr. Melhi is a veteran software executive with extensive management and technology experience, and has been chairman or general manager at a number of IT companies. He has more than 20 years of experience during which he co-established three successful IT companies. Dr. Melhi has gained extensive business management skills, combined with real-world experience, and backed up with outstanding academic levels. He received his first degrees (BSc and MSc) from KFUPM, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and a PhD degree in Cybernetics, Internet, and Virtual Systems from the University of Bradford, Bradford, UK in 2001.

Dr. Ali Kaplan

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Kaplan brings over 10 years of experience in the Information Technology mainly software project management and development areas. He brings together the strength of academia and industry to deliver state-of-the-art solutions to TCC's customers. Mr. Kaplan holds a PhD degree in Computer Science from Indiana University, Bloomington Indiana and a MS degree in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Computer Networks from University of Southern California, Los Angeles California.
